I took my trailer in because the signals weren't working. For all I knew it may need new wiring. They were completely honest with me and found out a fuse was out in my truck and it wasn't the trailer at all. They had it fixed in under 5 minutes and basically charged me what it would have cost me to go get fuses. I am now a completely loyal customer.
